Love Seafood Gala Dinner at Broughtons At The Bay

From prawns, fish and oysters to crabs, lobsters and shellfish the mouth watering quality and range of seafood is unique to this region and one of the reasons we attract top chefs from around the world.
Our celebration of coastal cuisine will begin with freshly shucked oysters by the grower from the ‘Port Stephens Oyster Bar’ accompanied by a glass of First Creek Wines sparkling upon arrival.
Ludovic Poyer from The Poyer’s, Ben Way from Little Beach Boathouse and Matt Keyes from The Little Nel will prepare a three-course Port Stephens seafood delight, whilst all perfectly matched to First Creek Wines.
During the evening each chef will introduce their dish along with sharing their inspiration for their creation.More What's On
